9:45 shake the dust + yin yoga
experience a transformative practice that moves your body, heart, and mind. through shaking, jumping, dancing, and free movement, we release tension and invite joy. we’ll end this with a calm yin yoga practice to slow down and deepen our connection within.
11:30 nourishing autumn brunch
enjoy a heart-warming, nourishing meal by food collective himmel & erde that brings us together and fills us up, both body and soul, with the abundance of autumn.
12:30 workshop: create your own smudge stick
the darker season is a perfect time for burning sacred smoke to cleanse and balance our spaces. Together, we’ll create our own smudge sticks using natural materials, and crafting tools for clarity and calm.
13:30 breathwork + cold plunge
together, we’ll practice breathwork to connect more deeply with ourselves, followed by a refreshing cold plunge into the lake to invigorate and renew.
